What should I do if I didn't receive a confirmation email for my reservation?
After completing your booking, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after placing the reservation. If you did not receive your confirmation email, we recommend that you check the Spam folder in your email to ensure that your confirmation email was not auto-filtered to that folder. If your confirmation is also not in your Spam folder, please contact us by email (please click here) or phone to have a confirmation re-sent.
 
How can I request a specific hotel room number?
Please notify us by email or by phone if you have a specific request. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm a specific room number, but we will make a note of your request in your reservation, and we will notify the hotel so that every attempt possible is made to comply with your request.
 
How do I change or cancel my reservations?
Please contact us immediately by email or phone to cancel your reservation. Any changes may be subject to a cancellation fee plus any applicable penalties.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
We will process 100% payment for your stay at the time of booking. Should you wish to make a cancellation, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your day of arrival. Cancellations will be subject to a one night charge. Credit will be issued for the remaining nights, and does not expire. Your credit may be valid for future use at different Enchanting hotels, should you decide to change your travel destination. If you will be arriving late, we will hold the accommodation until 12 pm the following day. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
